Silence & Sage Retreat

⏳One of the most revolutionary things we can do as humans, let alone mothers, is to give ourselves silence. 

🙃 Seems easy, right? In theory...but in real life, not so much. With over 60,000+ data points a day fighting for our attention, plus the evergreen presence of technology, not to mention our children needing us 24/7...and let's not even mention work demands...it can feel OVERWHELMING! Am I talking to anyone?

🗣 I want you to ask for the help. Tell your partner you have to go for the weekend. Ask your family to come in for the weekend. Let's deposit the selfcare we all so desperately need right now. 

❗️TAKE UP MORE SPACE, moms. I'm serious! Do not feel bad for making the time for you. Pretend isn't urgent, because it is. Your mental healthy and sanity IS!

🏡 Friday and Saturday nights we will have a community talk for an hour. Other than that, this is a true invitation to sit in silence with nature. 

😑 If this is a scary thought, sign up right now. Even for me, it feels awkward. But, that's the taletell sign that there's something there. In the discomfort, there is more in store. More peace. More clarity. More mindfulness. 

📝 I will provide meditative tools for this weekend journey - journal, meditations etc. I promise when you come back home, you will feel different. 

🧘🏻‍♀️The quickest way to restore is to stop and be silence. Especially if you are like me that get quickly overstimulated by #momlife. This is the remedy.
